ECAS will launch the Triple A for Citizens – Access to information, Advice and Active help – pan-European network today, establishing free legal aid and advice services across Europe and empowering citizens by raising awareness of their rights and helping with their enforcement.
The network is open to all organisations that provide free advice services to citizens. It will be based on quality standards and will facilitate the exchange of best practices, transfer of expertise and know-how, and coordinated advocacy action.
Triple A will also adopt a set of Quality Standards and make a series of national and regional policy recommendations for the existing network in the Western Balkans and Turkey.
The Triple A for Citizens pan-European network will be launched at the concluding conference of the Triple A project on 29 and 30 November at the Press Club, Brussels.
