Description of the Vacancy

ECAS is looking for a motivated Operations and DEIA Manager, based in Brussels, who subscribes to ECAS mission, vision and values to support ECAS operations, to implement and further develop ECAS DEIA Strategy and ECAS Membership.

Tasks

The successful candidate will report to ECAS Executive Director on the following Tasks:

  • Support ECAS Executive Director’s work on good governance and administrative operations;
  • Support ECAS team’s internal operations;
  • Implement and further develop ECAS Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility multi-annual strategy;
  • Implement ECAS re-granting to its members scheme
  • Implement ECAS Membership Strategy

Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in business, administration or legal studies;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in working internationally and in multi-cultural teams;
  • Knowledge of DEIA principles and practices;
  • English language proficiency – written and oral.

Contract

The position is Brussels – based. The successful candidate will be offered an initial one-year contract with a salary of EUR 2,500 gross and benefits. Food vouchers are provided in addition.

Upon positive performance review, the contract can be transferred into permanent employment after this period.

Start date: as soon as possible.
