Teodora Dinova

As Executive Assistant of ECAS, Teodora’s main responsibilities are:


  • Project preparation: desk research and compiling of administrative documents;
  • Logistical support;
  • HR and Recruitment processes;
  • Board meetings and General Assembly organisation;
  • Administrative reports preparation.


Teodora Dinova has 18 years of professional experience in the non-governmental sector, including skills to coordinate and manage European projects. She has knowledge of EU Funding Rules and Procedures, EU structural and Cohesion Policy, EU economic policy, etc.


Teodora holds a PhD degree in Finance, Cash circulation, Credit and Insurance. The topic of her dissertation is ‘Fiscal policy and Economic Growth in the European Union Member States’. She has worked as a Project manager, Grants coordinator and Lead functional expert at the American University in Bulgaria from 2015 to 2022. She was also lecturer at the Economic Department of South-West University in Bulgaria from 2013 to 2016. Before that, she worked as an Accountant and Marketing specialist in three international organisations. Teodora Dinova is a researcher in EU enlargement policy and has 15 publications.
