Jim Blighe, now retired, Jim has worked at a senior management level in the Irish civil service (Office of Public Works) for 35 years in a variety of project management and HR roles. He has also led projects in mainland Europe and Asia of cultural and economic importance to Ireland.
Jim has worked on a pro bono basis for over 30 years with a variety of not-for-profit organisations, serving as both a Board member and Chairperson. He currently advises a number of not-for-profits on regulatory and statutory compliance, organisation structures, and HR issues.
Jim has studied Management Science and Public Administration at the Irish Management Institute and Institute of Public Administration (Dublin) respectively. His primary professional training was in law, at the Honorable Society of Kings Inns in Dublin where he was called to the Irish Bar.
