Gabriela Savova

Community Engagement Manager
As a Community Engagement Manager at ECAS Gabriela’s main responsibilities are:


  • To develop, improve and implement ECAS’ communication and stakeholder engagement strategy;
  • To propose, create and develop engaging tailor made content and activities;
  • To support ECAS’s senior management and the team with innovative ideas for reaching all members in the community, including underrepresented groups;
  • To develop and grow ECAS’s digital democracy and citizens’ rights community.


Before joining ECAS, Gabriela was a chief Communication, Publicity and Training expert in the Institute of Public Administration in Bulgaria for almost six years. Her main expertise is in the area of civic engagement, e-governance, digital skills, digital transformation, etc.


She has a vast experience in developing communication and community engagement campaigns, design thinking, conducting researches, building networks and managing events and training activities, with specific focus on e-training.


She holds a Master’s Degree in European studies and a Bachelor degree in Philosophy (Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski).
