Euronews has released a news report on the work of the EU Rights Clinic with a view on the European Charter of Fundamental Rights

The episode involves the EU Rights Clinic in its weekly session with the students from the University of Kent guided by Elisa Bruno, project coordinator of the European Citizens’ House (ECAS) and Emile Todoroff, stagiare at ECAS.

Assya Kavrakova, Program Manager from the European Citizen Action Service (European Citizens’ House) interviewed on Right On said: “It’s true that there are more and more national courts that refer to the charter; they also ask for more preliminary rulings. But at the same time it also indicates that there is room for improvement because what is needed is further clarification of the scope of the Charter.
