The annual Citizens Participation Summer School, which is organised by the Civil College Foundation, the CEE Citizens Network, the European Community Development Network, the European Community Organizing Network and the European Citizen Action Service, will be taking place in Kunbábony, Hungary (the Residential Training Centre of Civic College in the village of Kunbábony, 76km south of Budapest) from the 7th to the 11th of July.
ECAS is pleased to announce that it is offering the opportunity to a maximum 3 of ECAS’ members (age limit of participants: 35) to participate in the Summer School.
The fellowship will cover travel, accommodation and the Summer School fee.
The goal of the Summer School is to increase knowledge on European Citizenship-related issues while building cross-cultural partnerships across members of civil society organisations in Europe.
The Summer School will focus on three main topics: strengthening citizens’ participation, environmental sustainability, and the social inclusion and exclusion of minorities.
ECAS will have three dedicated workshops on European Citizens’ Initiatives, European funding opportunities and project management, and European freedom of movement rights.
