ENRAC

European Network of Rights Advice Centres (ENRAC)

ENRAC comprises of already existing not-for-profit organizations and/or legal clinics on a national level which are able to assist citizens in upholding their European rights before the national authorities. Any follow up requiring legal or administrative intervention in a member state will be carried out in collaboration with the respective national partner. Moreover, national partners will be an important source of evidence of the difficult cases that the EU Rights Clinic will engage with.

By linking NGOs together, we hope to encourage knowledge-sharing throughout the EU. The network will facilitate problem-solving of complex cases through cooperation across borders.
